New Off-Topic Rule!!--New Chat Box!!

Because there are posts about random stuff everywhere on the forum, I'm going to be locking(a.k.a. closing) threads that have been chatting about random stuff off-topic. Hopefully this new rule will stop the forum getting too crowded with random posts. If it will help I can make a DCT(Daily Chat Thread) which I was planning to do after we have more members, but tell me if you think we should get it!
