Her publisists say that it's from gummi braclets...

Yea, I was watching Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Celebration on ABC! The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato were there. Magizines say Miley was with Justin on new Years...

I watched "A Miley-Sized Surprise!" on MTV :] It was AWESOME! Miley performed like, 3 times

AWW! Man!! I wanted to see that!! AWW! Dick Clark sounds funny when he talks....he had a stroke and his face is all funny and when he talks he spits on his saliva....:( Poor guy.....
